Wesley Woods

The Mother’s Day Offering provides critical funding for Benevolence assistance, Wellness programming and Pastoral care to older adults living in a Wesley Woods community. Help is provided to older adults in need of financial assistance to remain in their Wesley Woods home. Wellness programming includes balance and fitness classes, as well as on-site nurses to assist with medical-related issues, so that residents maintain a higher quality of life. A Wesley Woods chaplain provides spiritual counsel for residents, including grief support and hospital visits.

Wellroot (UMC Children’s Home)

Built on industry best practices, our Christian faith and bold, new innovative approaches toward child welfare, Wellroot is the leading faith-centered family services organization in Georgia. As an agency of The United Methodist Church in North Georgia, Wellroot Family Services’ programs were designed to respond to the needs of children and families through faith-centered service. With a focus on supporting youth from infancy through early adulthood, we help people reach their God-given potential through the encouragement and love of a healthy home.

Murphy-Harpst

Murphy-Harpst Children’s Centers is an independent not-for-profit organization committed to meeting the needs of abused and neglected young people through residential treatment, placements in specialized foster care, and community programs that serve at-risk youth and their families.
